About the Role
As part of a succession plan, the Group is hiring a BI Data Analyst reporting to the Finance Department. As the Group’s sole Business Intelligence referent, the position holder owns the entire data value chain: collection from source systems, transformation, modeling, KPI development, delivery to management, and user support. The role is cross-entity, covering the whole Group, and operates in a multi-source environment characterized by large data volumes (several million rows).
Responsibilities
Group Modeling and Reporting
- Design, maintain and evolve Power BI semantic models (star schemas, relationships, hierarchies, financial calendars)
- Develop performance KPIs in DAX
- Consolidate multi-entity management data: harmonizing reference data, managing scopes, fiscal years and currencies
- Produce recurring dashboards for management and operating entities
Data Integration and Reliability
- Develop and maintain Power Query / M data feeds from SharePoint, ERPs, flat files and APIs
- Automate recurring processes and refreshes
- Implement quality controls on incoming data
- Diagnose and resolve data feed incidents
Analysis and Decision Support
- Carry out ad hoc analyses requested by the Finance Department and operating divisions: revenue, margin, product mix, performance by entity and channel
- Leverage market data from the medical device sector
- Identify and flag anomalies and inconsistencies in the data
- Report results transparently to business stakeholders: assumptions used, limitations and points of caution
Platform Administration and Governance
- Administer workspaces, access rights, licenses and refresh schedules
- Optimize model performance on large data volumes
- Contribute to structuring the Group’s data architecture
- Document data flows, business rules and the data estate
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent proven experience) in business intelligence, data, statistics, management, or a quantitative-focused business school
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, BI consultant, or management controller with a strong BI focus
- Experience in a multi-entity or multi-source environment is a plus
- Professional-level English required
Required Skills
- Advanced DAX skills, including filter context and time intelligence functions
- Proficiency in Power Query / M and integrating heterogeneous data sources
- Proficiency in dimensional modeling (star schema, granularity trade-offs)
- The role is carried out in full autonomy within its scope.
- It requires a proven ability to organize one’s work, set priorities, and see projects through end-to-end.

Preferred Skills
- Power BI Service administration and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
- Financial and management background (revenue, margin, analytics, closing cycles)
- SQL, Python, Power Automate
Pay range and compensation package
- Permanent contract (CDI),
- Based in Blagnac, France (31)
- Remote work: up to 1 day per week
- Compensation: €50,000 – €60,000 gross fixed annual salary, negotiable based on profile and experience
