The Chassieu plant is a recognized center of excellence specializing in the design and manufacturing of contactors.Serving a wide range of industrial markets, the site provides solutions that are essential to the performance and reliability of electrical installations.

It brings together complementary expertise ranging from R&D and manufacturing to support functions.With a strong international orientation, more than 95% of its production is exported worldwide.

The site operates in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and collaboration across numerous countries.Joining Electrification Smart Power in Chassieu, an innovative and internationally driven industrial organization, means contributing to the development of technological solutions that support industrial performance and the energy transition.Join an innovative industrial leader and take ownership of a strategic portfolio of electronic componentsIn this role, you will directly contribute to industrial performance by managing procurement activities, supplier relationships, and negotiations within a demanding international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the electronic procurement portfolio (active and passive components, PCBAs), ensuring cost, quality, delivery performance, and continuity of supply.Identify, qualify, and develop a high-performing supplier base in collaboration with Quality, R&D, and Engineering teams.Negotiate contracts, framework agreements, commercial terms, and sourcing strategies to optimize site competitiveness.Analyze markets, lead RFQs and tender processes, and select the solutions best suited to the company's needs.Monitor and improve supplier performance through key performance indicators (quality, service, on-time delivery) and drive associated action plans.Ensure compliance with ABB Group procurement procedures and maintain data and process integrity within SAP Ariba.Candidate ProfileMaster's degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial procurement within an electronics environment.Strong knowledge of electronic components, PCBAs, their supply chain, and key manufacturers.Proven negotiation skills and experience managing strategic suppliers.Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
