**Scope and Mission**
- **Start date**: As soon as possible
- **Duration target**: 6 months minimum
- **Location**:Sophia Antipolis

**Key duties and responsibilities**

Directly reporting to Business Legal Counsel and Product Compliance Legal Counsel, your main tasks will be:

- Follow up of Corporate issues (drafting and review of Group companies’ legal documentation, PoA, Mandates ),
- Draft and review of a broad range of contractual agreements and templates (non-disclosure agreements, purchasing agreements, IT agreements, R&D related agreements, distribution agreements, general terms and conditions, marketing and sponsoring agreements...)
- Draft of cease & desist letters, declarations to distributors and authorities...
- Management of the legal contract database and other software with support of the legal counsels

**Your qualifications**
- **Level of studies**: BAC + 4/5 minimum / master's degree in Business Law, Corporate Law, International Law or Comparative Law,
- **Level of experience**:A first experience would be appreciated, but if you’re looking for a fast learning, rich and exiting first experience, we can handle it ;)

**Skills**
- Fluent French & English (another language would be highly appreciated)
- Excellent communication skills
- Working effectively in a Team
- Good organizational skills, sense of prioritization
- You are curious, dynamic, passionate about innovation
- Able to think out of the box, with creativity and fun
