**Job Description**:
As a Engineering Manager within the BackOffice team, you will work closely with the Product Manager of the team.

You will be responsible for the development of the developers, the quality of the developments of the team and ensure the alignment of the developments with the enterprise architecture.

**Qualifications**:
**Who we are looking for**
- With a higher education in computer science (Master Degree), you have at least 4 years of experience in front and back-end development management
- You have a product sensitivity and the user is a key element for you
- An ability to federate other developers to achieve technical excellence
- An Agile mindset
- A rigorous, autonomous and positive attitude

**Ability to speak German and English fluently is required for this position.**
