**Une journée dans la vie d'un Senior Engineering Manager (all genders)**:
En tant que Senior Engineering Manager, vous devrez:
- être le garant du bon fonctionnement de la plateforme digitale
- porter les engagements entre le client et l’équipe
- assurer la communication et coordonner les échanges entre le client et l’équipe
- garantir le respect des SLA
- gérer les incidents et problèmes de productions avec votre équipe
- mettre en place les mesures pour proactivement améliorer la stabilité et le monitoring de la plateforme
- savoir remonter les alertes (processus d’escalade)
- préparer et diffuser les KPI (rapports hebdomadaires, mensuels) auprès des équipes concernées
- coordonner l’activité des différents acteurs de l’équipe en France comme en Inde
- participer à toutes les réunions majeures (hebdomadaires, mensuelles)
- travailler étroitement avec les Experts Techniques
- travailler étroitement avec les squads en mode agile
- reporter directement auprès du Directeur Digital
**Votre profil**:
De formation informatique, vous justifiez d’au moins 10 ans d’expérience dont 4 ans dans la gestion d’équipe internationale et de projet multi-technologique dans un environnement d’exploitation web et e-commerce.
Vous êtes à même de comprendre les étapes et enjeux d’un projet de développement ainsi que les problématiques de production associées (incident et problem management). Ainsi, vous êtes techniquement capable de juger et prendre des décisions lors de période de crise (incidents ou problèmes sur la plateforme) sur une stack technique complexe (best of breed, headless, double RUN).
Vous êtes capable de vulgariser des discussions et sujets techniques auprès de C-level et savez ajouter un vernis politique lors de présentation devant les stakeholders tout en étant accompagné par des experts techniques.
Geek dans l’âme, vous êtes dévoué, disponible et orienté résolution de problèmes.
Vous pourrez faire la différence si vous avez également:
- la connaissance des environnements technologiques suivants : ELK, Azure, APM Dynatrace, Datadog, NewRelik, Akeneo,...
- la maîtrise des pratiques DevOps/SRE et agiles (Scrum, voire SAFe)
- de très bonnes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse (troubleshooting)
- aptitude à gérer les crise projet ou le stress client
- une autonomie avérée tout en sachant être axé sur le collectif
- la capacité de suivre et tenir vos engagements en parfaite coordination avec tous les intervenants (hébergeur, équipe projet, client/métier )
- la faculté à déléguer et à bien communiquer auprès d’équipes techniques ou non-techniques, qu’elles soient sur site ou offshore
- la maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais et du français, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
