**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

- Proposes and implements the strategy defined by the project manager.- Contributes to the definition of the objective and baseline values.
- Responsible for the costs (margin objective), quality, lead times and technical performance of the area for which he/she is responsible.
- In a context of delegated autonomy, manages external stakeholders (client, consulting engineer, partners and subcontractors) of the area for which he/she is responsible.
- Contributes to contract management.
- Is able to understand each person’s role and responsibilities within the project.
Is positioned as head of the work package for which he/she is responsible or head of a team of approximately 4 people.
- In a context of delegated autonomy, manages internal stakeholders (subsidiary managers: engineering, procurement...) of the area for which he/she is responsible and alerts his/her hierarchical superiors where necessary.
- Concludes identified opportunities.
- Contributes to identifying and manages the risks in the area for which he/she is responsible.
- Issues reports on his/her area of responsibility.
- Contributes to the REX.
