Rattaché au Service Line Manager Operations, le poste de **Service Delivery Manager/Technical Application Manager**, nécessite un **solide background "Service"** et une bonne expérience des infrastructure (OS, middleware, DB, virtualisation, stockage, réseau, cybersécurité, DataCenter...).

Un bon niveau d’**anglais** parlé et écrit est indispensable pour communiquer au quotidien avec l'équipe et nos clients.

Le poste demande à la fois des compétences:

- ** SDM** pour **assurer l'excellence opérationnelle** de type **"Piloter" et "Faire Faire"** pour accompagner/conseiller nos équipes internes et client internes, et piloter notre infogérant. (Piloter les Operations et contrôler leur qualité, Reporting/communications/meetings, facturation/budget, nouveaux services)
- ** TAM** pour **renforcer l'expertise **autour des infrastructures afin de **"Challenger"** **et "Faciliter"** pour maintenir le niveau d'expertise de notre infogérant au plus haut. (supporter les demandes techniques, la performance et la capacité, les incidents, les change, participer aux analyses et production de RCA, supporter les go lives, les tests DRP...)
