**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Exercise discretion in reviewing requests for cancellation fees waivers, instalment payment eligibility and advising participants, HR & Training department, Sponsoring Executives on the financial impact of cancellation decisions.
- Consolidate accurately and in an organized and timely manner statistical compilations to enable key stakeholders in EDP to make constructive and reliable comparisons of year-on-year information.
- Verify and validate eligibility criteria for certificates awarding, such as the Global Certificate in Management (CGM), which leads to alumnus status, as well as being responsible for verifying requests for documentary proof of programme participation and attendance.
- Recruit, train and supervise interns and contractual/temporary administrative staff hired to mitigate work volume during peak periods, including evaluation of performance.
- BTS, licence, Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably in customer service, or in a higher education environment
- Ability to work autonomously as well as being part of a team
- Capable to multitask and be flexible
- Outstanding planning, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Keeps calm in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English (written & oral), fluent French would be a plus
- Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international organization
- Adapt in an innovative manner to on-going changes and evolution and eager to learn and use new technologies
