We are currently looking for a Course Manager to join our Executive Education Department. This is a full-time permanent contract, based on our Europe campus in Fontainebleau.


Perform an individual contributor role within the Online Learning and Innovation team to deliver online programmes - open online programmes, customized online programmes and Hybrid online programmes– with focus on execution of projects, maintaining excellent standards of delivery and client management. This individual will also contribute to business innovation projects within the team and across the department.


Main tasks include:

• Manage online courses in coordination with other online team members (deliverables and timelines).

• Manage the delivery of pilots & re-runs of the online programmes –Open, Customised and hybrid programmes) and assist in the process of launching new online programmes. This includes implementing any updates or improvements of the course, coordinating with clients on participants’ enrolment and communications.

• Harness course data, learner analytics and participant feedbacks.

• Manage learning assets for online courses including videos, exercises, cases, etc. and integrate assets into an online platform

• Quality assurance of all the assets for the online courses

• Work on delivery process improvements

• Responsible for their own projects – not a supervisory role, more execution oriented or collaborate on projects with other team members

• Contribute to business innovation projects to evolve our offering

• Build external relationships and collaborate with clients to successfully deliver complex programmes

• Collaborate with internal teams within INSEAD (Executive Education, Degree Programmes, Faculty, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Admissions etc.) and external partners (technology, coaching etc)


The ideal candidate should have the following:

• Fluent in English, excellent written & spoken communication skills

• Very organised, autonomous, excellent attention to details and ability to multitask

• Good experience using digital tools (platforms, Office, Zoom, Teams, Psoft…) and IT processes

• Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
