We are currently looking for an **Admissions Officer** to join the Executive Education Department in our Fontainebleau campus. This is a **full time, temporary contract**.
As EDP Admissions Officer, you will manage the relationship between clients and internal stakeholders working constantly in a fast-paced, customer-driven service environment in EDP.

**The main tasks and stages of the job are as follows**:

- Transfers & Cancellations Stage. Continuous requests for program transfers or cancellations are frequent. Collaborating with the Programme Advisor, the Admissions Officer suggests alternative sessions to participants. After a decision is made, the Officer promptly updates Peoplesoft, notifies Finance for necessary actions, and advises the Programme Coordination Team to withdraw the participant from the Study Platform.
- Completion of Programme Stage. Post-program follow-up includes completing administrative tasks like issuing certificates, finalizing purchase orders, updating participant records, communicating with alumni, and certifying participants. Documenting program specifics for future reference and process refinement is also essential.
- Higher Education in Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely well organized and structured
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Capable to multitask and be flexible
- Bilingual English/French
- Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international organization

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) **Chargé(e) des admissions**, pour rejoindre le département Executive Education de notre campus à **Fontainebleau**. Il s'agit d'un **contrat temporaire à temps plein**.

En tant que Chargé(e) des admissions, vous gérerez les relations entre les clients et les parties prenantes internes en travaillant constamment dans un environnement de service rapide et axé sur le client au département Executive Education.

**Les principales tâches et étapes de son poste sont les suivantes**:

- Étape des transferts et des annulations. Les demandes de transfert ou d'annulation de programme sont fréquentes. En collaboration avec le conseiller du programme, le responsable des admissions propose d'autres sessions aux participants. Une fois la décision prise, le responsable met rapidement à jour Peoplesoft, informe le service financier des mesures à prendre et conseille à l'équipe de coordination du programme de retirer le participant de la plate-forme d'études.
- Achèvement de l'étape du programme. Le suivi post-programme comprend l'achèvement des tâches administratives telles que la délivrance des certificats, la finalisation des bons de commande, la mise à jour des dossiers des participants, la communication avec les anciens participants et la certification des participants. Il est également essentiel de documenter les spécificités du programme afin de pouvoir s'y référer ultérieurement et d'affiner le processus.
- Formation supérieure en administration ou dans un domaine connexe
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et dans un environnement en constante évolution
- Extrêmement bien organisé et structuré
- Solides compétences en communication et esprit d'équipe
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à faire preuve de flexibilité
- Bilingue anglais/français
- Sensibilité culturelle et aisance à travailler dans une organisation internationale multiculturelle.
