**Entrepreneur at heart, we are looking for our future Country Manager (M/F) to take charge of the France subsidiary**
**Votre rôle**
- In charge of P&L, you are responsible for the strategy and operational execution of the France entity, comprising 18 people.
- Your main roles will be as follows:

- ** Management**:

- Coordinate the action of the various support functions (logistics, purchasing, marketing, finance, commerce)
- Maintain budgets and control costs
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Ensure regular reporting to the group.
- ** Commercial**:

- Implement the sales and marketing strategy in accordance with the group's objectives and set growth objectives
- Monitoring and analysis of sales performance
- Animation of the sales teams in place in order to achieve growth

**Prerequisites**:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience including at least 2 years in management
- Experience in an international company is appreciated
- Knowledge of the construction/building or industrial environment
- Fluent English required
