Entrepreneur dans l'âme, nous recherchons notre futur Country Manager (H/F) afin de prendre la direction de la filiale France



Ce qu’on vous propose

En charge du P&L, vous êtes responsable de la stratégie et de l'exécution opérationnelle de l'entité France, comptant 18 personnes.

Vos principaux rôles seront les suivants :

Management:

  • Coordonner l'action des différents fonctions support (logistique, achats, marketing, finance, commerce)
  • Maintenir les budgets et contrôler les coûts
  • Évaluer et améliorer les opérations et la performance financière
  • Assurer un reporting régulier au groupe.

Commercial:

  • Mettre en oeuvre la stratégie commerciale et marketing en accord avec les objectifs du groupe et fixer les objectifs de croissance
  • Suivi et analyse des performances commerciales
  • Animation des équipes commerciales en place afin de réaliser de la croissance

Très ouvert, agile et bon communicant, vous êtes capable de vous adapter à un environnement international et exigeant.

Doté d'une réelle fibre commerciale, vous savez actionner les leviers nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs.

Les pré requis :

- Un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dont au moins 2 ans en management

- Une expérience dans une entreprise internationale est appréciée

- Connaissance du milieu de la construction/bâtiment ou du milieu industriel

- Anglais courant exigé
