V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) technology enables vehicles to communicate and exchange information with their surrounding infrastructure, including other vehicles, pedestrians, traffic signals, and the electric grid. This technology is crucial Nissan and our Customers as it allows for efficient energy management, enabling vehicles to optimize their power usage, reduce emissions, and improve overall energy efficiency. Additionally, V2X technology facilitates the integration of electric vehicles with the power grid, enabling smart charging, demand response, and grid stabilization, making it a vital component of the future of sustainable transportation.

We are in search of a results-oriented and inventive Project Manager to lead the V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) Program for Nissan in the AMIEO Region. As Project Manager, your chief duty will be to execute the program seamlessly, own the business case; keeping timelines in check, ensuring superb cross functional communication (internal and external), targeting the delivery of a seamless charging experience for our Customers. By harmonizing cross-functional teams around the world and managing project timelines.
- Business Case management: build a business case considering and securing Global and Regional investment (D&D & CAPEX) and OPEX.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication channels and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Be the 'primus inter pares' in decision making processes.
- Resource Management: Ensure optimal resource allocation, striving for efficiency and effectiveness to meet project goals and timelines.
- Proactive Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges head-on to minimize impact on project progress and results. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of learning and improvement by facilitating project retrospectives, capturing lessons learned, and identifying opportunities for process enhancement.

**Background and Experience**:

- Project Management: Proven success in managing intricate projects with a significant emphasis on services, ideally within the technology sector.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Expertise in managing diverse stakeholder groups and meeting their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adaptability: A knack for thriving in a dynamic environment, managing shifting priorities, and maintaining project flexibility.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with the ability to foresee issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Time & Resource Management: Proficiency in managing project timelines, resources, and budgets for efficient project delivery.
- Technical Acumen: An understanding of development processes, software development methodologies.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
