**Your future at GetAccept**:
As an Account Manager, you will own the overall relationship with your customer portfolio and make sure that your customers both are happy and keep on growing towards maximizing their GetAccept investment. You will have full commercial ownership of your customer portfolio.

As Account Manager your days will consist of:

- Ongoing account management to ensure that our customers are satisfied.
- Work towards an Up
- and Cross-Sell budget with a strong focus on finding new opportunities within your customer portfolio.
- Educate and teach your customers about how to best utilize all features and introduce them to new product releases in a sales-oriented way.
- Develop strategic relationships with customer accounts and collaborate closely with our Customer Success Team in terms of retention, onboarding and engagement to make sure that your customer portfolio thrives in the best way possible
- Manage renewals and proactive anti-churn work.

You will be a member of our specialized European Account Management team, collaborating closely with other Account Managers who focus on various markets in Europe. Your direct supervisor will be Erik Persson, our Head of Sales - Account Management.

**Is it you we are looking for?**:
If you have read this ad for this long with a smile on your face, we are surely a perfect match However, we would love it if you have the following background:

- +3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role. Preferably in more complex sales cycles within tech or software.
- You have a deep understanding of and take great interest in customers’ echo-systems such as CRM, document platforms, signing processes, etc.
- You are as passionate about sales as you are about customer care You sincerely believe that consultative sales are an excellent service.
- Motivated self-starter with a flair for sales
- You are fluent in French and English, writing and speaking.
- Experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or MEDDICC.
