**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting and performance
Maintain and provide performance tracking on the accounts assigned to you, in line with the awards and the pre-established budget, through statistics extracted from Qlikview.
Track and manage the main KPIs of the accounts you are in charge of in a common file (potentials and appointments by zone, dates and contract references etc.)
Manage Tender Bids and RFQs by ensuring that offer’s content matches the level of service required by the client and the budget established by your Management.
Monitor, manage and report regularly on customer performance to your direct management.
Customer Relations
Develop, retain and expand your assigned accounts.
Be attentive to the needs of the client and proactively offer operational, documentary, digital support and development to your accounts on existing or emerging markets.
The quality of the operational service provided in line with the sold service must be your main concern.
Facilitate the relationship between the line and the customer in order to provide volumes in line with the agreed objectives and commitments (CSA keeping, equipment priority status, respect of the customer status by the network).
Entry point for the customer procurement team or Global Key Account Managers (Global Accounts) on ex Asia trades scope and then on ex Europe trades by the end of 2022.
Organize, prepare and conduct performance meetings according to the established frequency with each of the clients in your portfolio (twice a week, weekly, monthly)
Prepare all the necessary materials for the quarterly meetings of the Commercial Desk Management with the accounts you are in charge of.
Business development
Make proposals to the Senior Key Account Manager and the Commercial Director regarding definition of the volume objectives per account during the annual budgetary exercise.
Focus on the performance of the accounts assigned to you in order to reach 100% of committed volume with customers.
Promote new maritime services or lanes of strategic interest by actively and regularly updating the LATAM customer presentation and conveying information to the customer.
Ensure full customer satisfaction through the implementation and maintenance of the entire operational chain (contract, payment terms, tariff and demurrage conditions recorded in LARA and in perfect adequacy with the offer given to the customer, proactive operational communication in case of service disruption etc.)
Promote value-added services in line with the LATAM department strategy.
Network development and animation
Act as an entry point for the CMA-CGM network offices regarding any topic related to your portfolio customers.
Keep the network and the LATAM lines informed of your clients' performance through the writing and publication of the weekly Commercial Desk LATAM report.
Engage with regional and local Sales Account Managers regarding customer performance.
Create and ensure the update and dissemination to the Agency network of a SOP for each account in your portfolio to ensure the best possible understanding of the commercial and operational arrangements agreed between CMA-CGM Head Office and the account.
Ensure the smooth processing of these accounts by the CMA-CGM entities (HO, RO, Agencies) with the aim of achieving 100% performance in volume.
**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
You have a post-graduate degree (+4/5 years) and 5 to 10 years of professional experience in maritime activities, in different positions.
You are fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish and or Portuguese language commands are welcome.
Your interpersonal skills allow you to establish relationships with the client at different levels of the organization and to act as a facilitator for the client in its relations with CMA-CGM.
