We are looking for our future **Environmental Sustainability Senior Manager (H/F)** based in **Obernai (Alsace) or Blieskastel (Saarland)** with a permanent contract.
**Your tasks**
As Environmental Sustainability Senior Manager (H/F) you are a main actor in the development of Hager Group’s environmental commitment. You will manage an enthusiastic team and will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Orchestrate our Blue Planet Commitment program and lead as well as animate the internal environmental network.
- Coordinate different functions and projects and ensure the achievement of the defined roadmap.
- Capture existing as well as upcoming regulations concerning Hager Group and foster their implementation.
- Nurture innovation processes leading to new business opportunities for Hager.
- Foster our image and reputation as an environmentally committed group by advocating for environmental sustainability internally and externally.
- Represent Hager Group in professional associations and stakeholder’s meetings.
- Manage a team composed of project managers and influence over 20 people across 11 functions.
**Your profile**
You have an engineering or a master’s degree and broad experience in different fields of activity across various industries and recognize yourself in the following description:
- Profound experience in program management
- Strong strategic and innovative mindset
- Demonstrated negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to influence and to motivate internal and external stakeholders
- Good knowledge of environmental and sustainability issues, regulations and compliance
- Ability to work in an international environment and interact with various cultures and transversal environments
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning
- Fluent proficiency in English as well as good knowledge of German and French.
