We are currently looking for a **Development Quality Senior Manager (H/F)** for a permanent contract for our location in Obernai.
Reporting to the Development Quality Senior Director, you are accountable for the performance of quality activities on a global scale within the development quality organization and more specifically for our Protection & Advanced Control product portfolio. You will ensure the successful development of safe, compliant, and robust products and services by implementing defined quality tools and methods, ultimately guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
**Missions**
- Manage & develop the Protection and Advanced Control Development Quality Team (~ 21 people).
- Develop competencies and capabilities in the Quality department for short, mid, and long-term business needs, enhancing collective performance.
- Manage the change in quality by adapting organizational design, methods, and tools.
- Manage budgets, define and communicate the Operational Plan in the respective departments, and build and manage the organization to achieve objectives set within the group strategy and operational plan.
- Implement quality procedures within the new product development process.
- Ensure all new and modified products, solutions, and processes are robust and validated according to customer requirements, standards, and norms.
- Audit and validate the entire project milestones, and be part of the Project Steering Committee.
- Implement relevant quality methods (FMEA, control plans, PPAP, risk assessment, lessons learned) in projects, support sourcing and advanced engineering organizations in assessing new suppliers or technologies, and ensure compliance of quality contracts with suppliers and OEM customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and implement necessary actions to improve product and solution quality, as well as customer quality perception.
- Monitor quality indicators of customers, analyze gaps, and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead crisis cells during quality crises and define and implement blocking levels in case of quality problems in the market, production, and distribution centers.
- Implement and contribute to the evolution of the Group Quality System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 family, 14001, 45001, and 50001 standards.
**Profile**
- Engineering School or Master's Degree.
- Relevant professional experience in a leadership position within an industrial company
- Strong expertise as a Quality Manager in an international and multi-site environment with very high quality standards.
- Fluency in English and French is required
