**Business Development**:

- Vous serez amené à créer, développer et gérer votre centre de profit dans les secteurs qui vous correspondent. Pour cela, vous identifierez vos futurs prospects afin de détecter les opportunités, développer votre activité et fidéliser vos clients en leur apportant des solutions adaptées à leurs projets.

Vous construirez des réponses adaptées aux appels d’offres de vos partenaires
- **Recrutement**: vous sélectionnez et recrutez les meilleurs profils afin de construire votre équipe de consultants
- **Management**: vous managez votre équipe de consultants spécialisés et assurez le suivi de vos consultants en projet, et accompagnez leur évolution de carrière.

Les Business Managers sont des **intrapreneurs**, et disposent d’une grande autonomie pour développer l’entreprise.
**L’évolution chez B-Hive est très rapide** vers des postes à forte responsabilité, comme de la direction d’agence, et en tant qu’associé.
**Profil recherché**:
De formation Ecole d’Ingénieur, vous avez une forte appétence pour la prospection et le développement commercial.
Votre goût du challenge et votre curiosité vous permettront d’évoluer rapidement.
Vous êtes autonome, persévérant et avez une bonne aisance relationnelle.
