Nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Key Account Manager H/F/X** ;
Vos missions ;
- Maintenir notre portefeuille Client avec des actions de fidélisation
- Proposer des offres adaptées à nos clients
- Manager la relation client sur la durée de vie du client
- Travailler en binôme avec un Business Consultant
Votre profil ;
- Vous avec une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans le BtoB
- Vous êtes autonome, curieux, réactif et aimer travailler en équipe
- Vous avez une forte capacité de recul et maturité professionnelle
- Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques et êtes à l’aise avec les logiciels bureautiques (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Canva, Onedrive, etc )
- Vous maitrisez le français à l’oral comme à l’écrit, maitriser l’anglais serait un plus
