The discussion about the Product/Team will take place as part of the People Engagement Process and throughout the Onboarding phase.
Your key missions:
As a Finance Data Product Owner, you will be entailed in the end-to-end ownership of one or more products related to the finance domain (such as supplying EPM, reporting datamarts, controlling, insights). You are the “voice of stakeholders” and are committed in defining the finance data products scopes and vision. To successfully build top-class data products with the highest ROI, Business value and internal customer satisfaction, you will lead an Agile Squad of functional and tech data experts by managing its backlog definition, consolidation, prioritization, and delivery.
Prioritizing actions and managing product backlog & budget- Understand business needs based on captured business priorities/needs and convert them into user stories- Assess required effort of each business need and prioritize actions to launch- Manage and update product backlog & roadmap to maximize product value- Communicate product backlog & roadmap to business counterparts- Manage product budget, secure effective reporting & finance management, if needed
Animating product roadmap and coordinating the work of development team- Explain business needs & product backlog to development team, ensure developed solutions are addressing business needs- Facilitate day-to-day interactions with the squad, anticipating & managing risks and interdependencies
Driving system demo activities and roll-out plan- Drive system demo and release activities, define objectives and acceptance criteria for features- Perform high-level fit-gap and change impact analysis in collaboration with Business Process Owners- Define roll-out roadmap, build guidelines/templates to ensure product successful deployment & adoption- Tracking product performance and value realization- Define product KPIs and monitor product performance to enable continuous enhancement of features- Optimize the whole product development process, including testing and delivery
If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply- You have a master's degree engineering or business school- You have min 5-8 years of experience- Expertise in relevant product, with deep understanding of business challenges in the domain- Stakeholder engagement & focus on the “voice of stakeholders”- Negotiation/mediation skills- Strong understanding of agile mindset & practices- Communication skills, with the ability to talk with both business & technical stakeholders- Ability to manage in complex and VUCA environments- Strategic thinking & value-driven mindset (roadmap creation, value monitoring )- Strong experience in Product management, PO certification- You are fluent in English, French and Spanish are appreciated but not mandatory
