Vous occupez des fonctions Commerciales (Account Manager) ou de Chef de Projets dans le monde de l’Immobilier d’Entreprise ou chez un éditeur de logiciel (SaaS).

Vous avez l’habitude de faire le lien entre vos clients et vos différents services.

Et vous voulez accompagner la digitalisation des patrimoines immobiliers.

**Présentation de la société**

PME qui fait partie d’un des plus gros Familly Office français, leader dans la digitalisation et la modélisation 3D des bâtiments (BIM) à destination de l’Immobilier Tertiaire et des acteurs Industriels.

Recherche pour accompagner sa croissance un(e) **Chef de Projets - CSM/Customer Success Manager (H/F)**.

Vous assurerez le suivi du déploiement de la solution SaaS chez vos clients.

**Vos missions**:

- Accompagner la prise en main de la solution
- Suivre la satisfaction des utilisateurs
- Faire remonter les cas d’usage
- Transmettre les feedbacks clients aux équipes produit

**Description du profil**

Vous êtes issus d’une Ecole de Commerce ou titulaire d’un Bac +5, avec une première expérience d’au moins deux ans sur des fonctions d’Account Manager, Chef de Projets ou CSM.

Vous faites preuve de qualité relationnelle et d’écoute.
