As we continue our journey towards operational excellence and sustainability, we're seeking a visionary Global Head of Sustainable Manufacturing to lead the way. This strategic position is based at our headquarters in Paris, offering a permanent contract to drive unparalleled performance across our 94 global production sites, including distilleries, wineries, and bottling plants.
About the Role:
In alignment with our commitment to become carbon neutral by 2035, the Global Head of Manufacturing Performance will play a pivotal role in setting standard practices across all production sites, ensuring benchmark levels in cost, effectiveness, and sustainability. You will spearhead the development and implementation of our Operational Excellence system, prioritize capital expenditures, and facilitate a network of experts and managers to achieve top-tier industrial and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of industrial and environmental performance reporting, ensuring data accuracy, and auditability.
- Drive the implementation of Scope 1+2 reduction roadmaps, collaborating with engineering teams to identify technical solutions and support subsidy identification.
- Develop the Group Operational Excellence reference system, incorporating best practices, and leveraging our LEAP ERP system for integrated performance reporting.
- Oversee environmental compliance, risk management, and site certification roadmaps, contributing expertly to environmental crisis management.
- Build and manage a network of experts and managers to foster best practice sharing and climate change mitigation efforts.

- Autonomy in setting industrial site targets, operational priorities, and the pathway towards Group common standards.
- Management of a significant budget for developing and implementing performance systems, with influence over affiliate Capex and production costs.
Who You Are:
- A postgraduate with at least 10 years of professional experience in environment management at the site level and ISO 50001 certification.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French considered a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in growing diverse teams, building effective teams, and possessing bold & agile leadership qualities.
