**Bouygues Construction Expertises Nucléaires recherche**:
Un(e) Project Contract Manager
Assisté(e) par la direction juridique du pôle Travaux Publics et notamment par le responsable de la gestion contractuelle, vous garantirez la gestion contractuelle de nos projets:
Identification des changements (subis ou provoqués) ainsi que leurs potentielles conséquences;
Présentation à la direction (Projet, DG) les changements identifiés et propositions de solutions;
Accompagnement des équipes à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des solutions.

**A ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à**:
Guider les différents intervenants de l’équipe des projets dans:
L'analyse des dossiers de consultations envoyés par le client ainsi que les offres réalisées par l’équipe projet (Task Orders), en identifiant les spécificités et ou les écarts avec le contrat.
Alerter la direction de projet sur les risques et/ou les opportunités identifiées.
Rédiger des documents à destination de le Maître d’œuvre (Engineer) et du Maître d’ouvrage (Employer) (plannings, rapports mensuels, points marché avec le Maître d’ouvrage, constats, devis, rapports journaliers, etc.)
Réagir aux documents émis par le Maître d’œuvre ou par le Maître d’ouvrage (comptes-rendus, notamment techniques, courriers, visas, etc.)
Conseiller et orienter la Direction (projet, DG) en rappelant notamment les dispositions contractuelles applicables, les obligations des différents intervenants et les actions contractuelles antérieures.
S’assurer de l’établissement de tout document ou de toute correspondance nécessaire pour éviter les forclusions prévues par le marché et proposer des rédactions détaillées et circonstanciées pertinents
Concevoir rédiger tout mémoire ou pour faire état des conséquences liées au changements effectués.
Participer, en collaboration avec le Maître d’œuvre et les conseils de l’entreprise, à la mise au point des actes que l’entreprise est amenée à signer (commandes émises dans le cadre du marché-cadre avenants, protocoles, transactions ).
Participer activement aux opérations de réception et à leur préparation.
Issu(e) d’une formation type Bac+5 ou plus dans le domaine du Génie Civil ou de l'électrotechnique.
Maîtrise des contrats de type FIDIC souhaitée
Connaissance du domaine technique (électricité) et du secteur du nucléaire souhaitable
Anglais et français courants
