YOUR ROLEThe Program Manager at Deputy CEO Office is in charge of the good rollout of operational projects, from ideation, structure design, timeline, Business case elaboration to delivery in due time.- With CEVA strong history of growth and turnaround, the need for support for business transformation is at its highest, and this opportunity will allow you to be in the driving seat to launch, orchestrate and support key initiatives around Integration of acquired companies, transformation of CEVA Core businesses (Air, Ocean, Ground & Rail freight and Contract Logistics) and business performance boost.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**Set up Project objectives and Structure**:

- Understanding the rationale
- Define the objective (in line with Project leaders, sponsors and team members)
- Identify key stakeholders and contributors
- Define project streams and stream leaders
- Define timeline and milestones

**Animate meeting with the Project team**:

- Ensure good progress on all streams
- Identify risks and roadblocks
- Suggest mitigation plans

**Be the key contact people on that project**:

- Help bring visibility on the project to all people not directly involved
- Ensure the overall coordination of different projects covering similar or close topics (avoid teams working in siloes)
- Identify opportunities to leverage external leverage/ help for the project

**Facilitate the communication around the project**:

- Downward: to readjust a project evolution
- Upward: to escalate roadblocks and need for help from the Center
- Horizontally: to ease and trigger contacts across teams/ department

**Pressure-test the project content / rationale**:

- Challenge the level of ambition
- Double-check the level of effort put in relation with the objective
- Challenge the approach and suggest/ adjust methodology
- Ensure the investment secured and capabilities reinforcement spotted are relevant

**Bring ad hoc support to better manage time of project stakeholders**:

- Ensure basics of logistics (meeting set up/ documents preparation)
- Bring ad hoc help on content (benchmark/ market research formalization)

**Highlight project key progress and successes**:

- Lead project updates to COO, Product leaders and Executive Board members
- Formalize presentation/ updates on key project outcomes for Executive Committee meetings

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Master’s degree combined with 5 years’ experience in Consultancy firm
- Strong business sense
- Ability to quickly ramp up into a new project and understand its key dimensions (e.g. objectives, KPI, business rationale )
- Ability to animate meetings, step back on a project
- Ability to lead ad hoc support on projects (requiring to master some tasks such as benchmarking exercise pr market research)
- Similar successful experience of managing transformation projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Concise, precise, clear and professional
