**Cabaïa recrute un(e) Country Manager pour l'Espagne en Freelance **

Cabaïa est une marque unique qui transforme spontanément ton quotidien et te libère des contraintes pour te permettre d'affirmer ta différence Aujourd’hui, nous sommes distribués à travers 3 canaux : des boutiques, un réseau de revendeurs multimarques, et des sites e-commerce.

Nous continuons à inventer, créer de nouveaux concepts et produits, mais ils conserveront le même ADN : un produit accessoire, coloré, dans un univers original, une super expérience client et un leitmotiv : AMAZING EVERY DAY.

**Tes missions seront**:
Dans le cadre de notre lancement en Espagne par le biais de notre site espagnol et l’ouverture d’une boutique à Madrid ou Barcelone, nous recherchons un profil freelance pour accompagner ce lancement d’un point de vue marketing et optimiser la localisation de nos contenus et sites.

**️ Lancement du magasin**:

- Mise en place de la stratégie et recrutement d’influenceurs ;
- Gestion des RP, choix d’agence pour le lancement et gestion des communications ;
- Assistance au merchandising et traduction des PLV ;
- Coordination de la politique commerciale ;
- Localisation de l’expérience : apport des standards retail locaux, etc. ;
- Définition de la stratégie de lancement pour un build-up jusqu’à l’ouverture ;
- Proposition d’achat média online/offline pour le lancement (l’achat étant centralisé).

**Localisation de l'expérience digitale**:

- Proposition d’évolution du site pour une localisation et une conversion complète (UI, UX, traduction, etc.) ;
- Proposition de plan d’animation commercial en accord avec le CRM/E-com/Com et traduction des contenus ;
- Mise en place de partenariats locaux pour faire croître le compte Instagram local ;
- Création et gestion du compte Instagram local ;
- Gestion de la stratégie d’influence sur le long terme avec mise en place d’un processus et d'outils pour sélectionner des influenceurs.

**Assets existants dans le pays**:

- Distributeur local en place (Pepperline) avec 100 revendeurs locaux ;
- Site espagnol en cours de finalisation ;
- Boutique actuellement en recherche à Madrid ou Barcelone ;
- Acquisition digitale (Meta, Google) en cours de lancement ;
- CRM en place.

**Profil recherché**:
Un couteau suisse qui va développer notre image dans le pays et nous permettre de répondre à 100% aux besoins très spécifiques des Espagnols avec une vraie connaissance du marché. Le/la Country Manager doit être hyper proactif(ve) sur les propositions et les opérations à mettre en place. Le pays et ses performances étant sous sa responsabilité, il/elle aura un vrai rôle de leadership et d'entrepreneuriat.
