Tu seras en chage de développer l'activité e-commerce de Monsieur T-shirt en Espagne en tant que Country Manager & Digital Marketing.

**Missions**

Au sein de l'équipe Marketing & E-commerce, tu seras chargé(e) de consolider l’acquisition et la rétention des clients sur le marché espagnol et d’accompagner la marque dans son développement à l’international.

**Marketing & E-commerce**
- Développer le chiffre d'affaire e-commerce en Espagne
- Notoriété : nouer des partenariats avec des influenceurs et des médias
- Production de contenu : créer ou faire créer le contenu nécessaire aux canaux d'acquisition (photo, vidéo, texte)
- Stratégie marketing : identifier les saisonnalités de l'année au sein du pays, et proposer des opérations de communication pouvant développer le chiffre d'affaire
- Stratégie de contenu : développer du contenu texte / image / vidéo propre au pays pour les réseaux sociaux, qui utilise les codes et s'inspire de la culture de celui-ci

**Social Ads, SEA & SEO**:

- Participer à la création de contenu marketing pour chaque pays et levier
- Conception & mise en place des campagnes SEA (Google Ads, Bing Ads) et Social Ads (Meta, Snapchat, Tiktok) en Espagne
- Analyser le site web afin d’identifier les axes d’amélioration qui augmenteront le trafic et la conversion
- Suivre et challenger les propositions stratégiques de l’agence SEO partenaire
- Garantir la bonne évolution de ces campagnes, de la répartition et adaptation des budgets en fonction des objectifs

**Compétences**
- Études de commerce, de marketing, de publicité
- Maîtrise de Meta Ads et Google Ads, Tiktok Ads serait apprécié
- Bonnes qualités rédactionnelles
- Compétences créatives : capacité à proposer des idées de contenu et à les réaliser simplement
- Maîtrise basique de Photoshop
- Force de proposition, avenant et de la suite dans les idées
- Bilingue Espagnol & Anglais

**Bonus**:

- Une expérience significative en start-up / e-commerce
- Une expérience en management (stagiaire)
- Une certification Google Ads et/ou Facebook Ads
