**Temporary Contract** **Brand Marketing Specialist** **(M/F/X)**

Our Brand Marketing team oversees the marketing strategy of Sephora’s top brand partners at European level. These experts roll up their sleeves and advise our brands on the best way to market their products, working closely with all Sephora European marketing experts, omnichannel enthusiasts and local teams in 16 countries.
As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you support the execution of the omnichannel marketing strategy of the assigned brands for the European region. You work closely with our Brand Marketing Managers to be one contact for these brands on omnichannel marketing topics (including retail activation and ecommerce strategy)

**Brand Animation development**
- Develop omnichannel and trade animations and deliver to countries according to established planning
- Brief creative and digital studios
- Coordinate the development of 360° supports with internal experts: creative, merchandising, ecommerce, CRM, social media, media, RP & training
- Build with the brands and internal experts powerful activation toolboxes for different Sephora programs
- Validate designs of trade and online activations with brands
- Analyze all elements of the brands performances to identify areas of opportunity and share relevant data with partners
**Country coordination**
- Support and follow the deployment of EU activations across the region
**Cross-Functional Marketing Lead**
- Build partnerships with teams cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization
- Help the Brand Marketing Managers define process and ways of working
- Create business relation with external partners.

- Minimum 2+ years project management experience in retail / digital marketing
- Strong ability to collaborate, work with different teams, in different countries and lead cross functionally
- Recognized for your interpersonal skills, proactivity and high level of adaptation
- High-level analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills both in French and English
- A deep passion for beauty
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

En tant que spécialiste du brand marketing, vous serez chargé.e de soutenir l'exécution de la stratégie de marketing omnicanal des marques de votre portefeuille pour la région européenne. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos Brand Marketing Managers et serez une interlocuteur.rice de ces marques concernant leur stratégie marketing omnicanal.
