PERMANENT CONTRACT – BRAND MARKETING MANAGER (M/F/X)

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
Brand Activation Advisor
- Establish and manage brand relationships for all marketing topics, inclusive of online and offline activations, conversion-oriented digital projects and data sharing
- Advise on brand investment in animations and budget monitoring
- Develop and coordinate overall strategy for brand growth by defining a personalized activation roadmap with all levers allowing to improve performances, consistently in all Sephora’s ecosystem in all European countries
- Support our Merchant team strategy and Offer priorities by building an adequate animation strategy for each brand
- Lead relevant key external meeting with brands (negotiation, kick-off for launches, business reviews, quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly meetings…)
- Analyze all elements of the brands performances to identify areas of opportunity and share relevant data with partners
- Work in total consistency with merchant strategy and in duo with category managers of the assigned brands
Animation developer
- Build with the brands and internal experts powerful activation toolboxes for different Sephora programs
- Lead the development of 360° supports with brand marketing specialists in collaboration with internal experts: creative, merchandising, ecommerce, CRM, social media, media, RP & training
- Lead all internal key marketing meetings to guarantee project execution and perfect communication within all teams
Country advisor
- Serve as the main marketing contact on brand activations for countries & support local teams on all brand animation subjects
- Ensure the deployment of EU strategy across the zones
Cross-Functional Marketing Lead
- Build partnerships cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization
- Define process and ways of working
- Pilot business relation with external partners
Manager
- Manage and drive a Brand Marketing Specialist and/or a trainee

- Graduated from business school
- Minimum 5+ years project management experience in retail / digital marketing
- Extremely strong ability to collaborate, work with different teams, in different countries and lead cross functionally
- Demonstrated ability to develop brand marketing strategies and strong relationships/partnerships with brands.
- High-level problem solving and analytical skills, working well within ambiguity and navigating a complex business
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills both in French and English
- A deep passion for beauty
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Notre équipe Brand Marketing supervise la stratégie marketing des principales marques partenaires de Sephora au niveau européen. Ces expert.es de l’omnicanalité accompagnent nos marques en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec tous les expert.es marketing européens, les passionné.es de l'Offre Europe et les équipes locales dans 16 pays.
Votre rôle chez Sephora:
En tant que Brand Marketing Manager, vous serez chargé.e d’écrire et de leader l'exécution de la stratégie marketing omnicanal des marques de votre portefeuille pour la région européenne. Vous serez le contact clé pour ces marques concernant l’intégralité de leur plan marketing chez Sephora (activations retail, ecommerce, CRM, Social Media, Media….).

Brand Activation Advisor
- Etablir et gérer la relation marque sur tous les sujets marketing omnicanal comprenant les activations online et offline, des projets digitaux de long terme et le data sharing pour tous nos pays d’Europe
- Orienter les investissements marques et le suivi des budgets
- Soutenir la stratégie de nos équipes Catégories et les priorités de l’Offre en construisant des plans animations adaptés à chaque marque
- Leader, pour les équipes marketing, tous les meetings externes clés avec les marques (négociations, kick-off de lancements, business et marketing reviews, meetings réguliers…)
- Analyser tous les éléments de performance marque pour identifier les opportunités de croissance et les partager avec les partenaires
- Travailler en cohérence totale avec la stratégie Offre, en duo avec les Category Managers des marques de votre portefeuille
Développement des animations de marque
- Construire avec les marques et les expert.es internes des toolboxes d’animations puissantes et différenciantes
- Leader le développement de supports 360° avec les expert.es internes : créa, offre, ecommerce, CRM, social media, media, RP & formation
- Leader tous les meetings internes clés pour garantir une parfaite exécution et communication tout au long des projets
- Analyser tous les éléments des performances des activations et faire des recommandations d’optimisation
Coordination Europe
- Être le contact marketing sur les activations de marque de nos équipes pays et soutenir les équipes locales sur tous les sujets d'animation de marque
- Soutenir et suivre le déploiement des activations EU dans la région
Gestion transverses des projets marketing marques
- Mettre en place des partenariats transverses avec des équipes cross fonctionnelles dans une organisation hautement matricielle
- Aider les Head of Brand Marketing Managers à définir les processus et les méthodes de travail avec les autres équipes partenaires
- Créer des relations commerciales avec des partenaires externes

• Diplômé.e d'une école de commerce
• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet dans le marketing retail ou digital
• Compétences en marketing stratégique et opérationnel ainsi qu’en création de relations marque
• Très forte capacité à collaborer, à travailler avec différentes équipes, dans différents pays et à leader de façon transversale
• Reconnu.e pour votre relationnel, votre proactivité, votre haut niveau d'adaptation et votre capacité à gérer l’ambiguïté
• Compétences analytiques de haut niveau
• Capacité à prioriser et à gérer efficacement le temps dans un environnement complexe et en évolution rapide
• Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite et en présentation en français et en anglais
• Une vraie passion pour la beauté
• Maîtrise d'Excel et PowerPoint
