**LE CONTEXTE**
Colonies est une société leader dans le domaine de l'immobilier et de la gestion de biens immobiliers opérant en France, en Belgique et en Allemagne. Notre équipe, composée d'experts de l'immobilier, de la rénovation et de l'exploitation, se consacre à fournir des solutions de logement de qualité. Nous recherchons actuellement un apprenti Ops pour rejoindre notre équipe.
**TES MISSIONS**
Colonies renforce son équipe Operations et recherche un(e) alternant(e) qui accompagnera notre équipe dans la gestion et l'optimisation de nos résidences. Vous serez un maillon essentiel de notre équipe dédiée à l'amélioration continue de nos opérations, en collaborant étroitement avec les membres de l’équipe Ops pour gérer les contrats énergétiques, internet, parkings, et autres aspects liés à la vie dans nos résidences.
Missions principales:
**Participer à la gestion des contrats énergétiques et internet**:
- Base de données et veille des contrats : Participer à la mise en place d’une base de données centralisée et actualisable pour les contrats énergétiques et internet. Identifier les informations cruciales et veiller aux renouvellements.
- Analyse et optimisation des contrats : Identifier les contrats non pertinents et conduire des analyses pour repérer les plus avantageux. Rédiger des processus efficients pour l’ouverture et le suivi de ces contrats en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles et travaux.
**Assistance à la Gestion des Parkings**:
- État des lieux et base de données : Effectuer un état des lieux des parkings disponibles dans nos différents pays et créer une base de données complète. Collaborer avec Yespark et d'autres partenaires pour la gestion et la commercialisation des parkings.
- Processus de gestion et de revente : Développer des processus pour la gestion et la revente des parkings, incluant les interactions avec les copropriétés et les partenaires. Gérer la maintenance des parkings, incluant le changement de serrures et de clés.
**Aide aux nouvelles ouvertures de résidences**:
- Participer à la création de nouvelles résidences dans notre back-office, en assurant la mise en place des services nécessaires pour une ouverture réussie.
**Participer à la gestion des clés**:
- État des lieux et disponibilité : Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe opérationnelle pour dresser un état des lieux des clés dans les Colivings et garantir leur disponibilité permanente.
- Processus de gestion : Rédiger des processus pour réduire le temps de résolution des problématiques liées aux clés.
**Sujets Transverses**:
- Participer aux réflexions transversales pour améliorer les produits Colonies du point de vue opérationnel et engager des actions ponctuelles pour améliorer la satisfaction des locataires ou réduire les coûts.
**TON PROFIL / COMPÉTENCES**:
- Tu es étudiant(e) en formation de niveau bac +3 à bac +5
- Tu as un intérêt prononcé pour l’amélioration des processus et l’univers des startups
- Tu as une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Tu aimes mener tes projets à bien, et es passionné par les sujets immobiliers
