Et les experts-comptables se consacrent à leur rôle de conseil en gagnant du temps sur la saisie et récupération des justificatifs grâce aux nombreuses automatisations de Pennylane.

Les dirigeants utilisent la plateforme avec leur propre expert-comptable, internalisé ou externalisé, ou font appel à Pennylane pour sélectionner l’expert-comptable le mieux adapté à leur activité, enjeux et situation géographique.

Lancée en 2020, Pennylane accompagne déjà plus de 120 000 entreprises françaises et collabore avec plus de 2 000 cabinets d’expertise comptable.

**Ta mission**

Pennylane recherche un(e) Customer Success Manager (Intern) hyper motivé(e) pour supporter l'équipe Partner Success dans l'accompagnement des cabinet comptable.

Voici les missions proposées:

- Contribuer à l'animation et à la coordination d'un portefeuille de cabinets, en soutenant la stratégie d'expansion et en luttant contre le churn.
- Participer à la définition des rituels pour maintenir une communication efficace en interne et avec les cabinets (call de satisfaction NPS et remonté des problèmes)
- Assister dans le développement et l'animation du plan de succès des cabinets, en suivant les KPIs et en favorisant l'adoption de la plateforme (analyse de data)

**Profil recherché**

Tu es:

- A la recherche d'un stage de Master (6 mois)
- Rigoureux, organisé, proactif et force de proposition
- Tu as l'esprit entrepreneurial et une mentalité “problem solver” qui te permet de résoudre des problèmes complexes en autonomie
- Tu n’as pas peur de mettre les mains dans le cambouis
- Capable d'apprendre vite et tu es à l'aise dans un environnement qui évolue (très, très) rapidement
