**Au sein de la Direction Ventes de SNCF Connect **, et plus particulièrement au sein du pôle Cibles à Valeur, l’assistant(e) Account Manager a pour objectif de seconder l’équipe, notamment dans l’accompagnement des projets transverses aux différents marchés du pôle (Transporteurs internationaux, Pro et Cartes Avantage).

Il/Elle contribue à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux et mesure le retour sur investissement de ses actions.

Pour cela ses principales missions sont:

- Suivi et analyses des ventes / analyse de marché
- Briefing animation commerciale
- Veille de marché et technologique
- Accompagnement dans la mise en place des projets
- Mise à jour et optimisation des pages et parcours

**1) Animation commerciale, politique promotionnelle avec le Marketing**
- Établir et mettre en œuvre le plan d’animation en fonction des objectifs de vente, de la saisonnalité des ventes et des actualités promotionnelles.
- Rédiger le contenu des offres commerciales, les relayer et remettre des éléments détaillés pour alimenter les différentes équipes en interne (animation commerciale, marketing, communication, Relations Clients, Création)
- Travailler en collaboration avec l’animation commerciale et les leviers marketing (Marketing relationnel, Acquisition de Trafic, Communication)
- Site management : Actualiser et enrichir les pages de ses offres sur SNCF Connect
- Consolider les données pour établir les REX d’opérations commerciales

**2) Gestion de projet**
- Accompagner les Key Account Manager dans la mise en place des projets transverses
- Identifier les impacts des projets sur son périmètre via la construction de business plan
- Monitoring des performances liées au projet.
- De Formation Bac + 3/+4/+5
- Vous avez une première expérience dans l'univers des voyages d’affaires - commercial B2B ou dans le digital pour le compte d'un e-commerçant
- Capacité à comprendre les spécificités de la distribution du transport dans un contexte B2B
- Capacité à établir un plan d’animation commerciale sur sa ligne de produits en collaboration avec les équipes Marketing.
- Un intérêt pour les médias digitaux, une très bonne maitrise d’Excel et de Powerpoint sont indispensables, ainsi qu’une orientation Marketing / Communication. Connaissance d’outil Analytics appréciée
