- Reporting to Quality Group Manager, the Quality Coordinator is in charge for the monitoring, maintenance and improvement of the QMS (Quality Management System) of Operational Business Lines (BL) in Voltalia France. These will be the main responsibilities:
- Embed the Quality group policy to ensure global quality processes are implemented, adapted, and monitored;
- Be the promoter to implement the suitability of the BL processes, procedures and standards into the geography specifics;
- Establish and maintain quality management tools (documentation system, indicators, etc.);
- Guarantee the conformity of the company's products or services to the requirements of internal and external customers (conformity to standards, legal requirements, expectations of customers and interested parties, etc.);
- Coordinate the steering activities and carry out the measurement and monitoring of performance;
- Manage the Business Complaints, return on experience and non-conformities;
- Promote performance improvement plans and best practices to employees and subcontractors;
- Implement Suppliers quality management through technical standard assurance, quality assessment prequalification and evaluation according with global procurement procedure;
- Prepare specific certification or accreditation procedures and ensure the sustainability of existing certifications;
Plan, carry out and supervise the performance of specific internal audits for France.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bac +5 with a specialization in quality or diploma in the fields of quality management;
- At least 2 years of experience in quality systems roles (in renewables energy sector is plus);
- Project experience and mastery of existing methodologies;
- Mastery of MS Office, MS Sharepoint environment and generic quality tools;
- Mastery of quality management standards;
- Knowledge of AQPV certification and NF EN ISO 17065 standard;
- Intermediate level of English and French.
