This position is based in our HQ in Paris. Partnering closely with the Talent Development Manager, the international and local HR teams, this position will play a key supporting role in helping to build, implement and track strategic talent development initiatives which will change our approach to talent development at Lectra and be a key part of our global 4.0 HR strategy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the development and implementation of a new career path and capability framework to ensure all Lectra employees are clear on the skills required for each position and how to grow their career in the company
- Coordinate the administration of the new Global Mentoring Programme
- Actively contribute and support the Global Diversity and Inclusion Agenda
- Support the administration of the new Talent Management in our Success Factor HRIS System (MyHR)
- Support the Talent Development Manager on the effective administration and implementation of the Talent Reviews across all regions and departments
- Coordinate the collection of multiple data to provide insights which will support the creation, implementation and performance tracking of strategic talent initiatives
- Manage the tracking of trainings taking place across the group including the official annual reporting part of the DPEF
- Support on the administration of the trainings provided by the Talent Development Manager
- Manage the reporting of the new joiners (buddy system and surveys) including following up actions with the local HR team members
- Support the Talent Development Manager as needed for the data collection related to the creation and implementation of new HR policies such as the Leavers Policy and Global Mobility
- Contribute to the HR Team engagement activities in collaboration with the local and international HR Team
- Support the Talent Development Manager on other global projects such as our employer brand and internal HR communication.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

- Master degree in related discipline (HR, communication, business and/or administration management)
- 5 years working experience in HR Administration preferably supporting Talent Management activities in an international environment

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to deliver high quality standards with excellent organisational skills
- Sound communication skills (oral and written): ability to synthetize and communicate clear messages, adapted & targeted to the different audiences they address
- Capable of using data to identify and analyse HR related issues (Excellent Excel preferable)
- Broad HR/Talent coordination experience ideally within an international environment
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills with ability to be creative/innovative and support initiatives related to branding
- Real team player, strong capacity to work in collaboration with different stakeholders based in France and other countries
- Ability to adapt well to various situations, cultures and technical environments
- Fluent in French and English
