**Le poste et les activités**:
Le/La Talent Development Manager est rattaché.e au département Leadership, développement des talents et apprentissage de la région française et est chargé de façonner, d'influencer, de fournir et de gérer des solutions de développement pour l'entreprise, en suivant les directives mondiales et en travaillant étroitement avec les équipes RH des pays pour garantir la cohérence et l'homogénéité entre les niveaux mondial, régional et local.

En tant que Talent Development Manager, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:

- Gérer et intégrer la mise en œuvre de la proposition globale de gestion des talents, y compris l'identification, le développement et le déploiement, en veillant à l'alignement sur la stratégie de l'entreprise, en travaillant en collaboration avec les dirigeants et les équipes RH de la région.
- Être responsable du cadre du plan de développement individuel (Skill Me Up) lié à la gestion des talents et mener des interventions d'engagement auprès des populations clés de dirigeants.
- Diriger, concevoir, mettre en œuvre et intégrer des programmes de développement pour nos populations clés, tels que le programme de mentorat.
- Assumer la responsabilité de l'évaluation des performances, du développement et de l'approche et de la méthodologie de gestion des talents.
- Soutenir le processus global de gestion du changement pour la mise en place des nouveaux concepts au sein du SIRH.
- Développer des relations avec les principales parties prenantes dans la région afin de fournir des solutions adaptées.
- Collaborer avec les équipes RH pour mettre en œuvre et intégrer les initiatives et les cadres de travail.
- Servir sur les tendances et les innovations externes en matière de gestion des talents.
- Promouvoir l’amélioration continue des processus de gestion des talents, en proposant des idées et des solutions qui répondent aux besoins évolutifs de l'entreprise et des organisations.

Autres attributions:

- Gestion de projet : Coordination du MOE HRIS Talent dans le cadre du (Pilot, UAT, SIT)
- Support au niveau fonctionnel pour les outils RH (Smart HR, Iris)
- Formation sur la nouvelle méthodologie de performance et de développement et sur les fonctionnalités associées du SIRH (pour les utilisateurs finaux et les RH).
- Servir sur les politiques internes de gestion des talents, en aidant à appliquer les conditions locales (centres d'évaluation, comité de promotion, etc.).
- Coordonner et suivre au jour le jour les programmes de développement (Goodhabitz, Coursera, goFluent, etc.)
- Communication marketing RH
- Traduction de divers supports
