La Direction des Systèmes d'Information de Colissimo recherche un Product Manager pour son pôle ‘Produit’ du Département SI Client. Ce département regroupe toutes les activités autour des produits informatiques (Site Web et WS/API) mis à dispositions des clients Colissimo expéditeurs et destinataires (espace client, affranchissement, suivi, réclamations ). Vos principales missions : Définir une vision produitEn partenariat avec les métiers, définir les besoins utilisateurs, leur valeur business et leur impact technique afin de construire et prioriser la roadmap sur le périmètre fonctionnel.Définir et suivre des KPI de performance sur l’ensemble des produits du périmètre fonctionnel et définir un backlog d’amélioration continu avec les métiers. Piloter les projets et accompagner le changementGérer le bon déroulement de chaque étape (conception, développement, test, mise en production, mise en service, déploiement) des projets de son portefeuille de produits.Superviser et coordonner le travail de l’ensemble des acteurs du système d’information (PO, chefs de projet, ingénieurs développement, consultants ) et animer les équipes internes et/ou externes. Veiller à la disponibilité des produitsSuivre les indicateurs de performances des produits (taux de disponibilité, temps de réponse ).En cas de fonctionnement dégradé de nos outils, gérer avec nos partenaires les communications adéquates envers nos clients.
Compétences TechniquesTrès bonnes connaissances des méthodes Agiles (Scrum, Kanban, Safe, agile à l’échelle) ainsi que de l’utilisation de certains outils (Jira/Confluence). Avoir une forte sensibilité UX/UI et connaitre l’usage de certains outils (Figma, Piano Analytics).Capacité à rédiger des Features et User stories.Bonnes connaissances générales informatiques : systèmes d’exploitation, outils de développement, principaux langages informatiques Capacité à comprendre et challenger les problématiques d’une architecture technique et fonctionnelle.Compréhension de l’environnement et des activités économiques de l’entreprise : concurrence, évolutions structurelles et conjoncturellesCompétences ComportementalesCapacité à comprendre les attentes utilisateurs et les prioriser.Excellentes capacités relationnelles et de communication Qualités d’animateur Autonomie et confiance en soi Force de convictionHauteur de vueGestion du stress
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur et vous disposez d'au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans l’univers du produit.
