The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Global Key Account Manager for the Automotive Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
In the 3M automotive division, we have a robust and exciting list of strategic objectives and supporting plans that will maximize 3M success within this highly transformational industry. An industry that faces significant change providing the perfect opportunity for both the AASD division and partner divisions within 3M. A unique opportunity to work across numerous divisions in 3M in a truly market oriented method.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- _ Leading the Strategic plan to increased success at Stellantis._
- _ Analysing the customer (Strategy, design plans, vehicle launches, initiatives)_
- _ Creating plans and estimates for future sales growth._
- _ Leading the core GKAM process of ‘Model Planning’ across the Stellantis team._
- _ Identifying the key opportunities per vehicle platform that will drive accelerated rates of growth._
- _ Ensuring team focus to maximise penetration per vehicle._
- _ Direct management of the Stellantis sales team, currently 4 direct reports based in France._
- _ Indirect management/influence of 3M Automotive individuals around the globe that have a partial responsibility for Stellantis sites/ sales._
- _ Stakeholder analysis, key contact relationship development, customer engagement plan, customer events, line walks._
- _ Raising awareness of the 3M brand value proposition at increasingly senior levels of Stellantis._
- _ Effectively operating across a broad range of cross functional colleagues, within EMEA and globally._
- _ Accurate and timely reporting through SFDC, model planning, Key Account Plans, sales estimates etc._
- _ Reporting to the Sales & KA Director EMEA_
Your Skills and Expertise
- _ Bachelor’s/Master’s/Apprenticeship_ degree or higher from an accredited institution_
- _ Extensive Key Account Management experience_
- _ Solid automotive industry expertise (highly preferable)_
- _ Effective direct team leadership skills and multifunctional team interaction skills_
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
- _ Project management_
- _ Sense of prioritization_
- _ Excellent communication Skills_
- _ Highly comfortable working in a technical environment (essential)_
- _ French speaking (highly preferential)_
- _ Located within commuting distance to the main Stellantis decision making site near Paris, France (highly preferential)_

Travel: frequent customer visits are required, across multiple Stellantis sites, predominantly France but other EMEA Stellantis sites and occasional US visits
