**Working Flexibly**
**What will you be doing?**:
- Providing end to end support service for front office users, you will be expected to ensure we provide high availability support for the trading desk
- Delivering proactive management of business-critical real-time trading systems, identifying issues and potential problem areas
- Tracking outstanding issues and working with the appropriate group to achieve resolution of them
- Ensuring that trading systems are maintained and enhanced to meet current and ongoing control standards
**What we’re looking for**:
- Confident to engage with business stakeholders, and global colleagues in other teams, comfortable working both individually and collaboratively as part of a global team
- Demonstrable fundamental understanding of ITIL concepts and their implementation in the working environment
- Ability to work in shifts to cover the core hours of the trading desks within Europe
**Skills that will help you in the role**:
- Financial knowledge of asset classes such as Equities, Rates, FX, Commodities or Credit would be considered
- Degree in an IT or Mathematics related discipline
