#Contexte du poste

Cette Start-Up située en région Provençale est spécialisée dans le domaine de la télévision numérique et dans la création de logiciels embarqués s’insérant sur des TV payantes.

Visant à créer des solutions durables, elle recherche un Tech Lead R&D intéressé par un rôle de Manager en CDI pour superviser ses activités.

- Superviser les équipes R&D
- Piloter le développement des logiciels embarqués
- Gestion administrative du CIR
- Garantir l'efficacité technique des solutions développées
- Rédiger des rapports réguliers sur l'évolution des activités

**Description du profil**
- Vous justifiez d'au moins 10 ans d’expérience avec au moins 3 ans d’expérience significative dans un rôle de lead, chef de projet ou équivalent.
- Vous maitrisez impérativement l’anglais
- Vous avez été développeur embarqué
