**Airbus Helicopters **is looking for a **Head of Transformation Plan (TP) and IM Master Plan (IMMP) Controlling **(f/m) **to join our Finance Department based in **Marignane **, France.

You will be part of the Central Controlling team.

**Your working environment**:

**Your challenges**:

- Performance monitoring of all TP and IMMP Initiatives
- Business partnering with N-1 to Excom, supporting some of the most ambitious transformation projects (ERP, DDMS, Competitiveness projects,)
- Challenge and validate Business Cases (BC)
- Secure proper funding
- Foster BC roadmap for all milestones and packages
- Support project managers for presentations to Excom
- Manage NRC to stay in cost of Budget envelope
- Foster savings ambition, track savings generated by transformation projects
- Mitigate risk of project’s contingencies
- Support handover to businesses (closing of project phase)
- Track and consolidate all NRC and benefits of Group transformation / improvement projects in liaison with all Function Controllers (France and Germany)
- Lead a team of 2 people

**Your profile**:

- At least 5 years of experience as Controller
- Degree in Finance
- Excellent communication skills
- Dynamic, resilient, with a welcome problem and customer oriented mind-set
- English is mandatory

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
