**Airbus Helicopters **recherche un **DDMS Transformation Expert for Operation **(f/h) **pour rejoindre notre Tranformation Operation PLM departement basé à **Marignane, France **.
Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui développe l’outil 3D Experience de Dassault Systemes dans le cadre du projet DDMS (Digital Design Manufacturing Services. Au sein de l’équipe DDMS Manufacturing Engineering, vous serez impliqué(e) dans les projets de digitalisation des activités d’industrialisation visant à répondre aux besoins de l’industrie du future.

**Vos Challenges**:
- **Définir et proposer la solution 3Dx à l'utilisateur final**:
- **Définir la roadmap de déploiement de la solution avec Minimum Valuable Product (MVP)**:
- **Partager la solution 3Dx cible avec l'équipe de développement et tester le développement final**:
- **Livrer la solution à l'utilisateur final et la communiquer auprès des communautés d'utilisateurs clés**:
- **Former et supporter les futurs utilisateurs de la solution 3DX**:
- **Assister les utilisateurs finaux dans l’aquisition des nouvelles méthodes de travail suite à l’implémentation de solutions.**:
- **Réaliser les plans de formation, de communication et les outils nécessaires aux formations**
**Votre profil**:
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau **Bac+5 école d'ingénieur ou Master dans le domaine du génie industriel **(ou une discipline équivalente) **.**
- Niveau d’expérience professionnelle minimum attendu : 2 ans
- Comprendre le besoin métier dans un environnement complexe
- Capacité d'investigation dans l'outil pour fournir et soutenir la solution pour l'utilisateur final
- Être capable de travailler dans un environnement cross Business Unit (Groupe Airbus)
- La curiosité, la rigueur et la synthèse sont importantes
- Bonne capacité de communication proactive
**Compétences linguistiques**:

Main Activities:
- Capture the business needs in terms of use cases and prioritize them
- Define and propose solutions to end Users
- Define the roadmap for deploying the solution with Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
- Share the target solution do Development Team and test the final development
- Deliver high quality training materials and solution documentation
- Communicate to and manage key user communities
- Support end User by training and direct assistance
Main Requirements for the role:
- Understand and capture business needs in a complex environment
- Be able to work in cross Business Unit (Airbus Group) environment
- Curiosity, rigor and synthesis is important
- Good communication skills
- Be the Manufacturing Engineering referent to the business users
Competencies:
- Good level of English
- Knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes and industrialisation activities
- Knowledge of Delmia, 3Dexperience, Google suite is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SAP processes
- Knowledge of design and configuration process is highly welcome
- Knowledge on agile way of working e.g. SAFe or Scrum
