Descriptif du poste

SI-nerGIE est l'entité commune (Groupement d'Intérêt Economique) qui opère les systèmes d'information des sociétés Orano et Framatome
Au sein de SI-nerGIE et en vue de répondre au mieux aux enjeux métiers ainsi qu'aux objectifs d'excellence opérationnelle, le Project Management Office (PMO) vient en appui des chefs de projets en charge de réaliser les projets, afin de:

- Mieux coordonner les efforts des équipes projets,
- Déployer des méthodes, processus et outils homogènes et communs,
- Partager l'information (reportings, dérives, alertes, plans d'actions, préconisations).

La personne en charge du PMO aura les responsabilités suivantes:

- Pour le compte des différents projets, assurer la gestion des projets du portefeuille dans les outils SOF de gestion des projets, afin de garantir la bonne mise à jour des référentiels projets. Notamment:

- L'outil interne de Gestion des Projets Informatiques
- Les sharepoints documentaires ;
- Les outils de suivi du respect des budgets (SAP), du planning, du périmètre ;
- Utilisation des bons template dans les différents domaines d'activités.
- Production et diffusion périodique (hebdomadaire, bihebdomadaire, mensuelle) des différents reporting de suivi de l'avancement des projets et distribution de ceux-ci aux différentes parties prenantes ;
- Animation transverse de la gouvernance des projets du programme : préparation avec les chefs de projets des Comops (Comités Opérationnels) et Copils (Comités de Pilotage) avec les différentes parties prenantes (clients et fournisseurs), suivi attentif de la qualité et de l'exactitude des compte-rendus clients et fournisseurs diffusés, suivi des plans d'actions, qui y figurent, levées des alertes lorsque cela s'avère nécessaire ;
- Suivi de la performance consolidée de projets du programme, identification des alertes, animation des plans d'actions correctifs ou des éventuelles cellules de crise le cas échéant.

Profil recherché

De formation bac +5 ou équivalent avec une première expérience réussie, vous manifestez de l'appétence pour les nouvelles technologies. Vous possédez les qualités/compétences suivantes:

- Très bonne aisance avec les outils bureautiques et collaboratifs (notamment : sharepoint, Excel, Power Point, Word, MS Projets).
- La connaissance de BO (Business Objects) serait un plus.
- Capacité à appréhender facilement la manipulation de nouveaux outils.
- Rigueur ; capacité à rédiger proprement et clairement.
- Anglais : aisance à l'oral ; capacité à écrire correctement.
- Capacité d'écoute ; Sens de la synthèse.
- Bon relationnel.
