**Your Tasks**:

- You act as a key point of contact for employee relations, collaborating closely with team leaders to address concerns and foster a positive work environment
- You work with our HR consultancy partner to ensure compliance, manage payroll, keep abreast of French employment law and ensure the organization adheres to all HR regulations
- You oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain an organized and efficient workplace in Marseille
- You assume the role of the "Feel Good Manager" for the French team, conducting feel-good talks, organizing team events, managing employer branding, and handling other exciting tasks to enhance team satisfaction and cohesion

**Your Skills**:

- You know how the HR processes (recruiting, operations, office management) work in France and already gained practical experience within this field
- You have ideally 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- You are familiar with HR software and tools for recruitment and employee management, enhancing the efficiency of HR processes
- You represent our company through your friendly, motivated, professional and open manner
- You demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, understanding and respecting diverse perspectives and backgrounds
- You have strong conflict resolution skills with a track record of effectively addressing and resolving employee concerns, contributing to a positive workplace culture
- You work independently, you are structured, always keep an overview and have a hands-on mentality
- You are fluent in French and in English as well (written and spoken)
