- **WHAT YOU WILL DO**
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the HR team. This role is critical in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to drive our company's growth and success. In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices ;
- Develop recruitment strategies:
- Create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best talent ;
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels including social media, networking events, and industry-specific sites.
- Manage Recruitment Processes:
- Evaluate and improve recruitment practices:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on new sourcing techniques and market trends and activity, sharing knowledge with the team.

You will be a good fit to join the HR team at Adikteev if you:
- Bring 2/3 years of recruitment experience, ideally focusing on top engineering and tech talent in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate fluently in French & English; international recruitment experience is a plus
- Perform well under deadline and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Embody a genuine service mindset, always prioritizing the needs and success of the team and organization- **PERKS AND BENEFITS**
