As a Procurement Category Manager Indirect, you will join the Group Procurement Team **based in Paris, la Défense.**
You will support in category strategy development, program implementation, project management, spend analytics to identify new strategic category opportunities.
You report to the Global Procurement Director Indirect (Travel, Fleet & Business Services).
- **-> Main missions**:
You are directly responsible for the Indirect Categories and execution.
You:
- Develop and implement indirect category strategy for assigned spend
- Manage strategic sourcing initiatives, following a 7-step sourcing methodology. Prepare and execute bid packages utilizing RFIs, RFPs, set appropriate sourcing actions etc.
- Find alternate and innovative ideas to provide business solutions, challenge requirements and specifications to create a competitive advantage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional sourcing leads to understanding regional business needs, market insights, risks and opportunities
- Work with headquarter stakeholders to improve Procurement adoption
- Support savings tracking processes, measure contract compliance, and other key metrics to ensure targets are being met and value is being delivered to the business
- Manage supplier relationships, tracking supplier performance, and communicating performance feedback to suppliers through appropriate scorecard
- Perform Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) reviews with key strategic suppliers
- Provide support to the Global Procurement Director indirect
- **-> Required qualifications and Experience**:
- 3-7 years of professional experience in Sourcing and Procurement with an understanding of best practices and world-class processes
- At least 3 years’ experience in complex & decentralized matrix organizations
- Subject matter expertise in various indirect categories
- Strong understanding of financial measurement; ability to identify and quantify legitimate areas of business benefit (cost savings, avoidance, client satisfaction, quality improvement, etc.)
- Previous global experience working within a multi-national, multi-cultural environment
- English : Fluent
