PROJECT MANAGER FOR ENGINEERING INITIATIVES
In the role of Project Manager for Engineering Initiatives, you will oversee the enhancement and optimization of production capabilities at our facility, implementing the strategic plan for the site through a selection of ongoing projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESYou will collaborate with a dedicated team focused on industrial projects, which includes the integration of new technologies at the site. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project management lifecycle.
To effectively fulfill these varied tasks, you will engage with numerous stakeholders: operational teams (warehouse, packing, maintenance), support functions (safety, quality, finance), development teams (supply chain packaging, innovation), corporate business units (R&D packaging, marketing, innovation leaders), technical departments (global engineering, global HSE), and external collaborators.
Your pivotal role will involve coordinating and supervising multiple facets of fragrance production projects, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and adherence to timelines.
PRIMARY FOCUS AREAS:- Planning and coordinating projects related to the introduction of new products, investments to enhance workflows, and achieving improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
- Managing risks and overseeing budget allocations (CAPEX) by forecasting expenditures in collaboration with the finance team.
- Communicating project updates within the organization, from operational staff to key stakeholders, as well as with external vendors and partners.
- Managing project timelines effectively.
- Implementing engineering standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, project management, coaching, and developing operational teams while ensuring project visibility.

YOU ARE A COTY CANDIDATEYou thrive in managing projects and ensuring that success criteria are met. As a seasoned Project Manager for Engineering Initiatives, you proactively tackle challenges to keep projects on course and derive energy from working in a dynamic, diverse, and international setting. Additionally, you:
- Hold an engineering degree with over five years of industrial and operational experience, and possess a strong command of English.
- Excel in communication, adept at presenting data to various organizational members, and have a strong ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Have a background in project management with proven experience in project and change management, along with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
- Demonstrate flexibility, leadership qualities, and adaptability.
