**Poste & missions**:
Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, AUTOBIZ recherche un(e) **CHEF DE PROJET DIGITAL JUNIOR.**

Rattaché(e) à la Business Unit « Digital Squad », vous participerez aux **déploiements des dispositifs digitaux de reprise **et à l’optimisation de leur performance. Vous **assurerez également une activité de conseil** auprès de nos clients grands comptes.

Vos missions seront les suivantes:
**1- Relations client**
- Analyser et anticiper les besoins du client
- Définir puis coordonner le projet en collaboration avec l’ensemble des équipes d’autobiz et du client (périmètre fonctionnel, planning, ressources, KPIs )
- Assurer le suivi fréquent et le reporting des projets dont vous aurez la charge
- Formaliser les supports de communication et d’échange avec le client
- Présenter et animer les résultats au client
- Partager des best practices identifiées sur une autre partie du périmètre
- Maîtriser l’intégralité des produits implémentés ou en cours d’implémentation chez le client, être capable d’animer globalement le compte et de le faire évoluer en fonction des nouveaux projets livrés
- Définir et animer le chiffre d’affaires réalisé et proposer des opportunités pour l’accroitre

**2- Gestion de projets digitaux**
- Gérer et suivre le déploiement de sites internet en coordination interne et externe pour garantir la livraison à temps des produits et services et dans le respect des indicateurs qualité
- Monitorer et optimiser les performances de ses projets
- Suivre régulièrement les projets, produits et services pour le compte de notre client
- Remonter et suivre les développements et les anomalies avec les data scientists et les équipes tech
- Tester les solutions développées et demandes de corrections, garantir leur qualité de livraison

**3- Évolution produit**
- Remonter les anomalies auprès de notre équipe technique
- Faire le lien entre l’équipe technique et le client
- Analyser en continu l’utilisation des services et des produits vendus : en tirer des opportunités d’évolution produit mais aussi des recommandations client
- Tester et suivre les offres concurrentes sur le marché de la reprise en ligne (tarifs, produits)
- Etablir des benchmarks
- Proposer des améliorations sur l’existant
- S’assurer de la bonne qualité technique et fonctionnelle de tous les produits de son périmètre

**4- Veille concurrentielle et développement produits**
- Etablir et suivre les KPIs digitaux de son périmètre
- Se tenir informé des dernières technologies et tendances numériques et mettre en œuvre des solutions adaptées.
- Piloter une veille fonctionnelle via les différents outils d’analyse (Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEO )
- Mettre en œuvre des prestations de missions d’optimisation de performance des sites transverses en mode conseil (SEA, SEO, audits...)

**Profil**:
De formation supérieure (ingénieur, école de commerce ou master) et doté(e) d’une expérience significative en gestion de projet, vous êtes motivé(e) pour intégrer une structure à taille humaine en fort développement dans laquelle vous investir pleinement.

Une expérience au sein d’un acteur du secteur automobile ou du digital serait un plus.

Vous associez méthode et rigueur dans vos analyses, et créativité pour atteindre vos objectifs. Vous êtes apporteur de solutions, même dans les situations les plus critiques et savez prioriser vos sujets.

Véritable chef de projet, vous faites le lien entre tous, dynamise, motive pour que le projet avanceVous anticipez, accompagnez le changement, connaissez les finalités des étapes d’avancement de vos projets et gardez toujours en tête les objectifs globaux du projet.
