You will be reporting to the **CTO Project Team Manager**.
The project Team is a transversal team with 10 Project Managers.
You will:
- Follow and coordinate deployment projects (for example deployment of PCs or of mobile devices)
- Coordinate updates and actions related to our Project Management Tool
You will have to work with technical experts from **Group Digital & IT** teams and with the business unit which initiate the project request.
This job offers different activities and challenges:
**Project preparation**:
- Help our business units to express their needs, define the project plan integrating operational activities, financial topics and write a project scope to be validated by the business unit.
**Project Follow-up**
- Follow the project with the BRM (Business Relationship Manager) and technical experts.
- Identify all streams of the project with the owners (Work-Breakdown Structure).
- Guarantee the success of the project by relying on the various contributors (architects, suppliers, managers, etc.) and by ensuring that the guidelines and standards of the SG DSI group are properly applied.
- Master the project management methodology and ensure its proper use.
- Produce an implementation schedule with significant milestones (workload estimate with the head of the project department).
- Monitor the progress of the project plan, revise it to achieve the objectives.
- Establish and track quality indicators.
- Ensure the reporting (internal and business) of the progress of the projects.
- Activate the necessary escalations and alerts in case of delay or difficulty on the project.
- Prepare and animate the project committees.
- Participate in the steering committee and other project committees at the request of the Projects and Solutions Manager or the BRM.
- Follow up on the project budget.
**Supervision of the delivery phase**
- Mobilize the actors required to implement the planned solutions.
- Supervise the acceptance and confirm the production start.
- Prepare the final project report and close it.
- Validate financial aspects and invoicing.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
You have an engineer degree with experience from at least **7 years** in **Project Management**. You have been coordinating IT projects, if possible deployment projects from end to end.
You use project management methods and you are motivated to develop new competencies (Agile, Kanban...).
You speak and write fluently **French** and **English.**
You will work in Saint-Gobain premises in La Défense. You may have to travel to visit our business units.
