Following a maternity leave, we are looking to recruit a kindergarten and primary teacher, for a full-time position in our international School to support our team. IB trained or willing to being trained.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that are engaging, relevant, and challenging to students of all abilities.
- Develop and maintain effective classroom management strategies that promote a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to support student learning and progress.
- Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's IB curriculum.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school-related events as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Principales responsabilités:

- Planifier, préparer et dispenser des cours de qualité.
- Développer et maintenir des stratégies efficaces de gestion de classe qui favorisent un environnement d'apprentissage positif.
- Collaborer avec d'autres enseignants, le personnel de soutien et les parents pour soutenir l'apprentissage et le progrès des élèves.
- Utiliser diverses stratégies d'évaluation pour suivre les progrès des étudiants et fournir des commentaires réguliers aux élèves et aux parents.
- Assister aux réunions du personnel, aux sessions de développement professionnel et à d'autres événements liés à l'école, selon les besoins.

Qualifications et compétences:

- Licence en éducation ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec les collègues, les parents et les étudiants.
- Solides compétences en organisation.
- Engagement envers le développement professionnel continu.
