**VOTRE MISSION**:
**Reech Agency** s’appuie sur l’expertise commerciale et créative d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire afin d’imaginer et de créer des campagnes percutantes pour nos clients.
Vous rejoignez _l’équipe Projets_, qui a pour mission de mettre en œuvre les campagnes d’Influence Marketing imaginées par le _pôle Creative & Business Development_.
Rattaché.e à **Solène**, Head of Project Management, vous êtes responsable de la mise en œuvre de vos campagnes et de la gestion des opérations de votre équipe. À ce titre, vous managez 2 personnes.
**VOS RESPONSABILITÉS**:
**Chefferie de Projet**:
- Piloter en autonomie les campagnes de bout en bout, du kick-off jusqu’au reporting détaillé
- Comprendre l’activité, les objectifs et la maturité des clients pour chaque campagne que vous pilotez
- Identifier les influenceurs pertinents grâce à notre technologie propriétaire, Reech Influence Cloud, conformément au brief client
- Accompagner vos clients, les conseiller et les tenir informés sur toute la durée des projets
- Garantir le respect des budgets et des marges, négocier les meilleurs tarifs avec nos prestataires internes, les challenger le cas échéant
- Suivre les performances de vos campagnes (amplification inclu) et analyser les KPI pertinents
- Tout mettre en oeuvre pour garantir la satisfaction de nos clients sur l’ensemble des campagnes
**Management**:
- Assurer l’onboarding, le suivi, l’accompagnement régulier et la réalisation des objectifs de votre équipe
- Être garant du succès de vos campagnes et celles des personnes vous managez
- Suivre la marge brute et la qualité de satisfaction client des campagnes de votre équipe
- Assurer un reporting hebdomadaire à la direction sur le suivi des campagnes de votre équipe
- Porter la parole de la direction sur les messages clés de l’entreprise, piloter la réalisation des OKR de votre équipe

**Profil recherché**
- Vous avez **au moins 5 ans d’expérience** sur un poste de Chef de Projet Sénior / Chef de Groupe en agence / régie, et avez déjà occupé des fonctions managériales
- Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre rigueur, autonomie et votre capacité à gérer de multiples projets en simultané
- Vous avez **un bon niveau de connaissance de l’écosystème** social media / influence
- Vous aimez évoluer dans un environnement challengeant, au contact d’interlocuteurs variés et exigeants
- Vous parlez français couramment (une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus)
