**Vos missions**

En tant que Directeur H/F, vous êtes responsable d’une équipe commerciale de Business Developer et Business Unit Manager.
- **Encadrement de votre équipe commerciale **: Former, coacher et encadrer les Business Developer et les Business Unit Manager
- **Business / Consulting**: - Définir la stratégie commerciale de nos clients en collaboration avec les Partners - Animer et piloter la collaboration avec les Partners - Manager toutes les équipes en charge de la mise en œuvre de la politique commerciale - Superviser l’administration des ventes - Participation aux négociations commerciales de haut niveau en collaboration avec les BUM et BD
- **Projets FDV PARTNER **:Contribuer à la croissance de FDV PARTNER (Fidélisation Clients, Chasse, Partenariats, Missions externes, Participations à des événements ect..) - Porter des projets transverses

**Votre profil**
De formation supérieur BAC+5, vous justifiez d’une expérience de minimum 5 ans en tant que Manager / Account Manager / Responsable Commercial dans la vente de service à haute valeur ajoutée à des interlocuteurs C-Level : Prestations de conseil, prestations de service, prestations intellectuelles.

Bien organisé et autonome, vous pouvez effectuer plusieurs taches et prioriser votre travail efficacement. Vous savez créer un relationnel fort et durable avec nos partenaires. Votre réactivité alliée à votre rigueur ainsi que votre volonté d’animer et fédérer des équipes seront des atouts de réussite à ce poste.

- Package de Rémunération : 60/70k€ de fixe selon profil + 20/30k€ de variable non plafonné la première année à objectif atteint_

Salaire : 80 000,00€ à 100 000,00€ par an
